Continuing with the October theme of Breast Cancer Awareness, be sure to talk to your doctor or health care provider if you notice ANY of these breast changes:
- Lump, hard knot or thickening
- Swelling, warmth, redness or darkening
- Change in the size or shape of the breast
- Itchy, scaly sore or rash
- Pulling in of your nipple or other parts
- Nipple discharge that starts sudenly
- New pain in one spot that does not go away
Take care of yourself and always pay attention to what your body is trying to tell you.
